Are You Ready?
C2026 Negotiations Begin

Negotiations for Contract 2026 begin on Monday, April 6, with the exchange of contract openers. After six months of preparation, ALPA is ready to deliver an industry-leading agreement that meets your priorities and reflects your contributions to Delta’s success.

As described in this important podcast featuring MEC Chairman Capt. Eric Criswell and Negotiating Chairman Capt. Bill Finlay, your elected Union representatives have heard from you loud and clear. You want to build on Contract 2019’s achievements while addressing operational issues that are degrading our quality of life.

Heading into the summer, ALPA is setting the pace and expectations. At the direction of your MEC, the Negotiating Committee is moving forward with an accelerated plan to pursue a limited duration agreement focused on significant economic and quality of life gains that build on our past success and deliver immediate solutions to your pain points. The onus is on management to come to the table prepared to address OUR timeline and priorities. If management does not show serious commitment to this expedited process, we’re fully prepared to take the long road.

A Negotiators’ Notepad and the Contract Opener will hit your inboxes on the afternoon of April 6 that further explain the process and what we’re seeking. As we embark on this accelerated path, rest assured that the MEC is unified in only bringing you a tentative agreement that respects your time and value. Anything else is unacceptable.

Your unity moves the needle and provides leverage. You will be receiving bag tags soon so you can visibly display your support for the Negotiating Committee. In the meantime, click here to download messages of support for your EFB wallpaper and use on your social media profiles.

Stay engaged, stay informed—it makes a difference.
